Africa Fashion Week Founder Princess Ronke Ademiluyi Bags Women Appreciating Women (WAW) Honorary Award


In the spirit of International Women's Day, yesterday Sunday March 8, dignitaries from all over the globe including: Mayor Victoria Obaze, Mayor of London Borough of Tower Hamlets UK, councillor of Lewisham, Caroline Kalu, Founder Excellent Yummy Mummy Awards Kafy Afolarin as well as Duchess International Magazine Publisher, Bolaji Odunuga gathered at the Holiday inn
Bloomsbury, Central London for the fourth International Women's Day WAW Awards which celebrates the general achievements and endurance of the womenfolk.


The initiative organised by Women Appreciating Women (WAW), a "movement by women for women to appreciate and support each other in business, projects and general well-being" is founded by Dr. Pauline Long - UK-based and Kenyan-born Entrepreneur, philanthropist and Media practitioner.

Amongst the evenings top honorees was Ademiluyi Ronke, Founder of Africa Fashion Week, London and Nigeria / Heritage Ambassador for Queen Moremi Legacy
alongside several others including Jennifer Douglas-Abubakar, Managing Partner at Miyetti Law, Nigeria and Labour Party candidate, Dawn Butler.

Amongst highlight of the event was Princess Ronke promising to give all the attendees of the awards VIP tickets to Africa Fashion Week London in celebration of women all over the globe.
